Welcome to the Fall 2024 Springfield AYSO Soccer Season! We are thrilled to have you and your children join us for what promises to be an exciting and rewarding season of soccer. Below, you’ll find important information and key dates to help you get started.

Team Formation & Communication:

  • Team Rosters: Your child’s team roster will be finalized and sent out by Tuesday, August 13th. Keep an eye on your inbox!
  • Practice Arrangements: Once rosters are sent out, your team’s volunteer coaches, team managers, or referees will reach out to you to arrange practice times and other important details.
  • Game Schedules: The game schedules will be released following our Season Kickoff event, so stay tuned for more information.

Season Kickoff Event:

  • Date: Tuesday, August 20th, 2024
  • Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM
  • Location: Calvary Open Bible Church
    • Map: (Attached below)
  • What to Expect:
    • 200 soccer balls will be given out to registered players.
    • Families will be able to pick up or purchase uniforms, cleats, and shin guards.
    • Volunteers will be available to answer questions and provide support.
    • Kona Ice will be on site for a fun treat, and our sponsor Ziply Fiber will have giveaways.

Volunteer Opportunities:

As an all-volunteer organization, Springfield AYSO relies on the support of our community. We are still in need of more coaches, team managers, and referees to ensure a successful season. Volunteering is a great way to get involved, support your child, and meet other families in the community. Find out more here.

No prior experience is required for most roles, and we will provide training and support to all volunteers. Your time and efforts make a huge difference in creating a positive experience for all our players.
