Official description: Support and ensure the consistent and accurate implementation of the AYSO National Coaching Program within the region
- Present alongside the rest of the board at the Coaches and Parent Night each season
- Attend regular Springfield AYSO Board meetings (typically we have one or two a month, one will be via Google Meet and the other typically at Public House)
- Coordinate with the Area team (one step above our region) to put together one coach training session each season
- Help the division coordinators recruit coaches if needed and ensure that those volunteers complete all that is required to be on the field
- Maintain and distribute the Coach’s Guide each season
- Facilitate practice field selection
